Family of Origin Intensives

A three-day immersive experience for deep relational repair

Some patterns don’t shift through insight alone.

They live in the nervous system.
They live in the body.
They were formed long before language — and they require a different kind of work to truly integrate.

Our Family of Origin Intensives are three-day, small-group experiences designed to help you resolve unresolved attachment wounds, reclaim your sense of self, and move forward with greater clarity, steadiness, and embodied confidence.

This work is experiential, educational, and integrative — grounded in the Healing Our Core Issues model developed from Post-Induction Therapy.

The Structure of the Intensive

Each intensive is:

  • Three full days

  • Same-gender groups

  • Limited to four participants to ensure safety, depth, and individualized attention

  • Facilitated in a contained, intentional environment that supports nervous system regulation and emotional integration

Over the course of three days, each participant completes three individual experiential processes, while also witnessing the work of others — a powerful component of integration and healing.

Many participants describe the experience as “doing six months of therapy in three days.”

The Three Core Processes

1. Getting Your Family of Origin Story Straight

This process helps you organize your early relational experiences in a way that brings clarity, coherence, and internal calm.

Rather than revisiting the past emotionally, you begin to understand it accurately:

  • What roles you were assigned

  • What needs went unmet

  • What you learned about love, safety, power, and worth

  • How those early dynamics shaped your adult patterns

When your story makes sense, your nervous system settles.
Confusion gives way to grounded understanding.

2. Reparenting Your Historical Selves

Developing earned secure attachment

This process focuses on integrating early attachment wounds through intentional reparenting work.

You will connect with younger parts of yourself — not to relive pain, but to:

  • Provide protection where there was none

  • Offer attunement where it was missing

  • Restore boundaries that were violated or absent

  • Internalize a stable, compassionate adult presence

This work lays the foundation for earned secure attachment — the ability to self-regulate, self-soothe, and remain connected without abandoning yourself.

Participants often report a profound shift in how they relate to themselves and others after this process.

3. Standing in Your Truth

Moving stored emotional energy

Unexpressed emotions don’t disappear.
They get stored in the body.

This experiential process is designed to help you move and release stored energy — particularly shame, pain, anger, and grief — in a safe, moderated, and contained way.

You will practice:

  • Finding your voice

  • Expressing truth without collapsing or attacking

  • Returning carried emotions that were never yours to hold

  • Standing firmly in your reality with clarity and restraint

This work is not about emotional flooding.
It is about measured expression that restores agency, dignity, and internal alignment.

The Power of the Group

In addition to your own three experiential processes, you will witness the work of other group members.

Witnessing allows for:

  • Nervous system learning through observation

  • Deep resonance and normalization

  • Additional insight and emotional integration

  • Healing that happens without being “on the floor”

Many participants find that what they witness is just as transformative as their own work.

Outcomes Participants Commonly Report

  • Increased emotional steadiness and self-trust

  • Greater clarity around boundaries and relationships

  • Reduced reactivity and internal chaos

  • A stronger sense of identity and voice

  • The ability to move forward without carrying the past

  • Feeling grounded, embodied, and internally aligned

This work doesn’t change who you are.
It removes what was never yours to carry.

Who This Intensive Is For

This experience is especially powerful for individuals who:

  • Grew up in emotionally immature, chaotic, enmeshed, or neglectful families

  • Were placed in adult roles early (hero, caretaker, scapegoat, lost child)

  • Struggle with shame, self-doubt, over-responsibility, or emotional suppression

  • Feel “stuck” despite years of insight-oriented therapy

  • Are ready for deep, integrative work in a structured, safe environment

A Different Kind of Healing

This is not talk therapy.
This is not catharsis for catharsis’ sake.

This is intentional, structured, experiential healing grounded in decades of developmental trauma work — designed to restore internal order, emotional freedom, and secure connection with self.

If you are ready to stop carrying what shaped you — and start living from who you are now — this work may be the next step.
